Broadcast Media

Airing regional, national and global advertisement of live interviews (on tv news stations, tv talk shows, radio, and podcasts), music (thru radio, streaming services and DJs), and video (for social, music, commercials, infomercials, short-films, movies, and documentaries). We also produce music and video.

Social Media Management

We're experts in social media posting, scheduling, content creation, monitoring and responding, influencer utilization and management, shop setup, hotlinking, sharing on multi-platforms, duplicate/backup account creation, increase natural likes shares and followers/friends, and cross-markerting.

Guerilla & Grassroots

Since 2007, we have created marketing solutions to help companies and individuals propel and further their brand development. The company was founded in London by Rachel Matthews and her husband, thus the M.M. acronym in the company name. MARKETING ASSOCIATE - REMOTE

Core Responsibilities:
– Working alongside VP Marketing.
– Oversee media campaigns – from developing campaign strategy, media mix, creative and audience strategy.
– Negotiate agreements, brief agencies and maintain workflow with key vendors (e.g.,advertising agency, promotional agency and local pr firm), and cross-functional teams; work effectively with internal (UK and US) teams.
– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance initiatives based on insights; understand the customer journey by leveraging analytical tools.
– Assist with copy writing and tailoring creative to targeted audience segments, and oversee creative copy approvals.
– Work alongside digital advertising agency to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
– Act as lead on local data analytics and consumer insights, including standardizing metrics across all title campaigns and developing andmaintaining campaign benchmarks for reference purposes.
– Run, as necessary, any national social listening and competitive analysis through tools.
– Run marketing research surveys and implement learnings to drive growth of the digital transactional business.
– Maintain effective communication for creative asset development through US Creative Team including production and approvals.
– Manage marketing support on key accounts.
– Develop solid knowledge of Digital account capabilities - their cross platform and digital strategies, capabilities, and marketing calendars to exploit timely opportunities and link customer strategies with the company’s goals and objectives.
– Liaising with internal stakeholders to define campaign needs and turn them into logical marketing briefs.
– Owning or assisting in campaign planning.
– Writing or assisting in writing campaign copy in line with the campaign brief and plan.
– Project managing or assisting in project managing the production of campaign materials by internal or external designers, web developers, video production teams etc.
– Gathering feedback from internal stakeholders and target audience stakeholders; making adjustments to campaign materials accordingly.
– Measuring or gathering from colleagues metrics that indicate the success of marketing tactics versus the objectives set in the planning phase. Evaluating campaign strengths and weaknesses; making recommendations for future activities based on what we’ve learned.
– Testing and evaluating new marketing tactics; incorporating successful tactics into our ongoing marketing toolset.
– Taking a share of responsibility for maintaining and improving the quality and integrity of clients' brand in all output.

Requirements:
– 5 - 7 years experience in digital marketing and/or advertising.
– Combination of excellent marketing experience and exceptional oral & written skills coupled with analytical and financial knowledge.
– Considerable experience in entertainment.
– Experience managing vendors (advertising agency, pr agency & creatives), crafting creative briefs, and giving providing constructive feedback.
– Keen understanding of client servicing and account management.
– Understanding of insights-based digital marketing and social media initiatives.
– Solid understanding of how to interpret data, utilize excel and tell a story through data within a well-designed power point presentation.
– Keen knowledge of social media trends.

SALES EXECUTIVE - REMOTE

Core Responsibilities:
– Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully leading a sales team.
– Build, motivate, mentor, coach, and develop the sales team.
– Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales goals for regions and territories.
– Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your team and manage accordingly; provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with your team.
– Take the lead with large, complex corporate deals; selling and managing the complexity of the sales process and long sales cycles.
– Continuously optimize selling, distribution, and marketing efforts.
– Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
– Performs account development and territory sales to include business development, lead generation, customer qualification, proposal delivery, and contract negotiation.
– Identify leads. Message or pitch to prospects, through email marketing, mail, cold calling, social selling, and encounters in public settings (e.g., tradeshows).

Requirements:
– Sales leadership experience, preferred.
– Hands-on experience with complex sales that involve long sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
– Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
– Experience analyzing sales data, and adjusting accordingly.
– Strong communication and presentation skills; able to present to C-suite levels.
– Understands the value stream as it applies to manufacturing.
– Exposure to LEAN six sigma and plant floor continuous improvement efforts is a bonus.
– Willing to do what it takes to close the deal, increase revenues.
– Passionate about selling.

Salary:
100% commission. Rate is 50% net! Highest rate in the industry. Potentail earnings exceed 6-figures. Highest paid earner to-date is $550k/yr.
